Q: When will the conference take place? Where is it located?
A: The Together Family Conference will take place at Kalahari Resort, Poconos Manor, PA.

Q: How can I register? What are the registration rates?
A: Please visit the Registration Page for deadlines, rates, and other registration information.
Q: Are meals included in my registration?
A: Together Family Conference will provide daily breakfasts and several coffee breaks through the meeting sessions.
If you want to bring food, feel free to bring and store it at your own convenience.
In addition, there are twelve restaurants featuring varied exceptional cuisines. Check out Kalahari dining options.
There are a variety of restaurants in Mt Poconos Blvd (a 9-minute drive from the conference).
Q: Why can’t I stay at another hotel and travel to the conference?
A: We aim for connectedness, as our conference theme says Together Family Conference. Being in a different location will limit your ability to participate in the conference events. We cannot separate rates/prices since Together Family Conference offers a discounted package rate.
Q: Where do I check-in on the first day?
A: 9 AM: Arrive early and receive full access to the waterpark.
- Check-in at Kalahari registration desk for waterpark access.
- Rooms will not be available until after 3 PM.
- Waterpark ONLY: Together Family Conference registration is separate and begins after 2 PM

- Second, visit our dedicated Kalahari check-in located in the Conference Center Lobby
Check-out is before 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 21.
Q: What are the parking fees?
A: Free self-parking is available at the Kalahari Resort.
Q: Where is the Nearest Major Airport?
A: The nearest major airport is Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE), located at 3311 Airport Road in Allentown, PA. It is approximately 45 minutes away.

Q: What are the typical room amenities?
A: All rooms include a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, in-room safe, complimentary Wi-Fi, remote control television with cable, alarm clock, voice mail system, hair dryer, and luxurious bath amenities.
Q: Will my family have access to the Waterpark?
A: Anyone listed in your registration will have access to the water park during their stay (all day Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday if registering for the full conference).
Q: What is the conference attire?
A: Casual attire is suitable for the Ordination Service and social functions. It is recommended to bring a light sweater as meeting rooms can get chilly. Don’t forget to bring a modest swimsuit for unlimited access to the biggest Indoor Waterpark in the nation!
For the Free Methodist Ordination Service: CMC and ordained elders are recommended to wear business casual for the ordination service.
